Guangzhou Yuewenfu (also known as: Yuexiu | Binjiang · Yue is a high-end residential project under the “Yue” series of Yuexiu Properties. It is located at No. 256, Binjiang West Road, Haizhu District, just about 30 meters from the Pearl River. Covering an area of approximately 4,717 square meters, it is planned to have 75 large riverside units ranging from 195 to 298 square meters. Designed by Liang Huanggu, XAA Xian Jianxiong and others, it creates a vertical and three-dimensional garden inspired by the Guangzhou-style arcade. It is the only 30-meter-high open-air residential building in Guangzhou. It is surrounded by four major business districts including Haizhu Square, and is close to Metro Lines 2 and 6. The highest property management fee is 7.93 yuan per square meter per month. It is the first new residential project in Binjiang West in the past 10 years, rejuvenating the life of luxury residences with a river view along the main channel.
